Male health
Eating a good diet promotes wellness and disease prevention for healthy men, and appropriate nutrition helps manage diseases as well. Men often fall short of achieving a healthy diet due to busy work schedules and the stresses of daily living. Some of the main issues connected with men’s health are related to diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, impotence, and prostate health. Males are less likely to require iron supplements for blood health, and minerals for bone health but more likely to require Zinc for hormonal health. Often, more aggressive lifestyle activities will require men to have treatment for muscular problems and ageing joint conditions. Less usage of facial bodycare products will probably result in higher (but not necessarily optimum) Vitamin D blood levels.
