 Directions

 Can safely be used either on an occasional or daily basis, depending on reasons for use.

Adults and children (1 year & over):

– Take 1 to 4 capsules depending on severity of symptoms, and up to 6 capsules daily; or as professionally directed.

Notes:

– If taking anti-fungals, take separately (at least 2 hours apart).

– For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsule can be mixed with a cold meal or cold beverage.

Safety
