Works by helping you to the go to toilet more regularly. Ideal for those people who go less frequently (less than 3 times a week). The traditional recipe of Figs promotes easier intestinal transit and makes it softer to go the toilet.  Regular cubes also contain Senna leaves, which are known to accelerate transit and digestion in the lower bowel.
