Natures Aid Brewers Yeast tablets are manufactured using non-debittered Brewers Yeast powder, preserving the natural levels of B-vitamins.

Take 2 tablets 3 times daily or as required up to a maximum of 12 daily.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Brewers Yeast is a concentrate of B vitamins and significant levels of chromium. Various yeast based spreads will have similar vitamin and mineral compounds. Otherwise Vitamin B compounds are available as single vitamins or complexes. Individual  B vitamins are available in different compounds and different potencies. These can be much higher in gross potency than brewers yeast whereas brewers yeast is generally well absorbed.
